Custom Automotive Care

I have been taking my and my sonsvehicles there for several years. They are always very professional. Take the time to answer questions and explain what needs repaired. They gave even told me if something isn't urgent then I can wait. They give printouts of what is wrong with pictures. We do not use anyone else for major repairs.

I've been going here for years for any issue with my Jeep. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they take pride in what they do. They want to get you back on the road and not just sell you unnecessary repairs/products.

Custom Automotive Care has done an excellent job with both of our vehicles and are always prompt and courteous! I don't know much about cars and if I don't understand something, Kay takes the time to explain it to me as well as all of my different options. I cant say enough good things about custom automotive. I had gone to Sears for new tires and an alignment and was told that I needed over a $1000 worth of work. Well of course I wanted a second opinion and was shocked to find out that they lied. Not only was I given a true estimate but they also gave me a car to drive as mine was not safe to drive with my current tires. Will never go to another mechanic again.

I've used during this repair shop for several years and always found them to provide excellent service at a fair price. They were always happy to provide information about my vehicles in regards to their care. I went a few years without needing their service, but when a family member's car needed work CAC was my first recommendation. They quickly got the car into the shop but I then learned that the ownership had changed since I had last used them. I'm happy to say that we received the same fast service at a fair price. They made sure we knew what was going to be done and the price was agreed upon prior to the work being done. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for automotive work.
