Custom Automotive Care has always been and will continue to take every step possible to ensure a safe, clean, & sterile environment for our employees and guests. We will be taking additional measures to ensure that we do not become a statistic.
CAC steps for your safety:
- We will wipe down your door handle, steering wheel, gear shifter before we enter your vehicle.
- We will use gloves each time we enter your vehicle.
- We will wipe down, steering wheel, door handle, and shifter upon delivery of your vehicle.
- We will spray complimentary Frigi-Fresh inside each vehicle to kill airborne bacteria.
Furthermore, we will put great emphasis on our amazing amenities that we provide at no cost to you:
- Complimentary Pick-Up & Delivery (We know with schools closed, it will cause more havoc trying to pack the kids up to get your vehicle dropped off.)
- Pay Invoice By Phone (We have a new feature that allows you to pay your invoice via phone for less person-person contact.)
- Shuttle Service (We will continue our shuttle service as well, rest assured that we will be taking the same steps in our shuttle vehicles as we will in your vehicle.)
- Loaner Vehicles (We will continue to allow loaner vehicle usage, we will be taking the same steps in our loaner vehicles as we will be with your vehicle.)
