I apologize about the error made on the original estimate. Once the service advisor realized the mistake she contacted you immediately before any work began. We have changed our estimating procedure to prevent this from happening again. We charge the minimum required to provide a 3 year nationwide warranty, free loaner vehicles, courtesy shuttle, roadside assistance, and also install a quality part. We do not provide the cheapest car repair you can find. Too many compromises must be struck in order to be a low cost provider. We do however, provide the greatest overall value.
