I highly recommend Custom Auto Care . Both the tech and the office person were very friendly and knowledgeable, and unlike the ford dealer they really went the extra mile to make sure that i got the best value for the repair . My work truck being a complex and over engineered diesel that is not very pleasant to work on also speaks very highly to their competence level . Four months and 10,000 miles later !Thanks again .

We were traveling cross country and were having a string of car problems. I called them late in the afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in the very next morning. They were able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour. They gave us a loaner vehicle and had our car in tip top shape that same day. Kay, Justin and Sean all did an amazing job fixing the car and keeping us informed with what they were doing. Very patient and very friendly people. I wish i lived in Lincoln because i would always take my car there. Thanks to them we made it the rest of the way to Portland, OR without any additional issues. I can't thank them enough. Took excellent care of my daughter's car several miles away. Fantastic communication; thorough inspection with supporting pictures to detail the problems. Very easy to work with!

My son bought his first car all by himself this year. It wasn't anything fancy, but he paid for it himself! The car was decent for the price just needed some work, (nothing to major) he searched and found CAC and took his car there. Long story short they are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone! With this said thank you CAC for being awesome. It's clear as to why you've been in the business so long.

Started using CAC while Craig was still the owner, and I was always impressed with the level of professionalism, friendless of the staff and how immaculately clean the shop was. Since Justin has taken over, it has somehow gotten even better. Detailed reports of work done and timely service are the norm for these guys. The pictures of problem areas make it easier for me to fix them myself or give me the confidence to authorize that $1500 repair. Absolutely the best and I won't go anywhere else. A++
