We are sorry for the inconvenience that occurred when the truck wouldn't start. The picture on the digital inspection indicates the battery was at 50% charge but still passed a load test. We replaced an exhaust manifold on the truck and didn’t service or disturb anything related to the electrical system or battery. We also didn't experience any starting issues and after talking with you this morning, it started twice for you with no issues before the battery went dead. We apologize for the disruption this caused and have credited the cost of the battery replacement to your account.
